These endpoints are served by the same controller as the Pinot Controller APIs, with the same base URL and headers, but they only exist in StarTree Cloud. They cover operations that open source Pinot does not expose, such as uploading several segments as one atomic batch, replacing a table from a stream without downtime, or taking snapshots of dedup and upsert metadata.

Atomic ingestion

Upload a batch of segments that becomes visible all at once, or not at all.

Restream

Rebuild a real-time table from its stream and swap it in place.

Upsert snapshot

Record and restore snapshots of upsert metadata.

Cluster health

Read cached health details for every Pinot entity in the cluster.
